FTP Kya Hai and Kaise Use Kare

FTP (File transfer protocol) kya hai?

FTP ka use karne se pahle aapko iske baare me janana jaruri hai ki yah kya hai? simple language me kahu to FTP yah ek aisa platform hai jaha aap apne computer aur hosting server ki files ko ek saath, ek jagah par access kar sakte hain aur drag-drop karke move kar sakte hain.

Jis tarah aapke computer par aap File explorer ki help se files ko drag-drop karke kahi bhi move karte hai bilkul usi tarah FTP ki help se aap apne Hosting server ki files drag-drop karke kahi bhi move kar sakte hain.

Jis tarah computer par aapki personal files store rahti hai, theek usi tarah se aapke hosting server par aapki website ki files store rahti hain.

FTP ke jariye aap hosting server par login karke apni website ki files ko access kar sakte hain aur usme changes kar sakte hain.

FTP Ka Use kab Karte hain?

FTP ka use aap wordpress me kayi tarah ke works karne ke liye kar sakte hain:-

  • Files ko root directory me upload karne ke liye
  • Themes and plugin delete karne and Install karne ke liye
  • files me jaruri changes karne ke liye
  • Apni wordpress site ka Manually backup karne ke liye
  • htaccess file upload and edit karne ke liye

Har WordPress user ko FTP ka use kaise karte hain iski jaankari hona behad jaruri hai.

FTP se aap jo main cheej kar sakte hain – Wo hai apni Website ka Full Backup Lena, ji haa isiliye main aapse kah raha hu ki FTP ki knowledge hona bahut jaruri hai. Apni Website ka regular backup karne ke liye aap FTP ka use kar sakte hain.

FTP ka Use Kaise Karte hain?

FTP ka Use karne ke liye aapko sabse pahle FTP Client ki jarurat padti hai, Simple language me kahu to FTP Client ek software hai jo aapke Computer ko hosting server se connect kar deta hai, aur aap server ki files access kar sakte hain.

waise to kayi FTP Client available hain par sabse popular hai “FileZilla FTP Client”  is software ko aap is LINK se Download kar sakte hain aur apne Computer par Install kare.

Now Connect Filezilla With Hosting Server

Step 1: FileZilla Client apne Computer par Install karne ke baad use Open kare. Usme File menu par click kare aur Site Manager open kare.
Step 2: Site Manager ke andar aapko New Site par click karke apni wordpress site Add karna hai. Ab General tab me aapko neeche di gayi information insert karna hai-

  1. Host: Aapka Domain Address – example: scwgroup.wordpress.com
  2. Port: 21
  3. Protocol: FTP – File Transfer Protocol
  4. Encryption: Use plain FTP
  5. Logon Type: Normal
  6. User: Aapka Hosting panel ka UserName
  7. Password: Hosting Account password

Step 3: Ab Transfer Setting Tab par click kare aur usme -“limit number of simultaneous connections” ko check karke usme 8 add kare.
Step 4: Ab Connect button par click kare. Click karte hi Filezilla client aapke hosting server se connect ho jaayega. Aur Successful ka message show karega.  Successful connect hone ke baad aap Left side aapke server files ko dekh sakte hain.

  • Jaisa ki aap above image me dekh sakte hain Left side aapke PC ki location hai and Right side aapke hosting server ki location hai.
  • Ab aap yaha se file manager ko access kar sakte hain.

Conclusion

Filezilla FTP se aap apne wordpress site ke file manager ko direct access kar sakte hain, bina hosting cpanel open kiye.

Yah kafi fast work karta hai isliye most of wordpress users iska use karte hain file manager ko access karne ke liye.
